Many pets experience varying degrees of fear, anxiety, or stress during veterinary visits, which can affect their healthcare differently. We are specially trained to address these challenges, ensuring your pet receives the care they deserve. Our approach is centered on prioritizing your pet's health while maximizing their comfort, even in a setting typically associated with stress. This foundation underlies all the care we provide, which fosters trust with our clients and patients, and often leads to significantly improved health outcomes.
We practice Fear Free® care by certifying all our staff with Fear Free® education and through the meticulous design of our hospital. Our facility features separate dog and cat wings, personalized veterinary visit plans for each pet, non-slip floors, and a tranquil lobby, among other considerations. To learn more about Fear Free® please visit the Fear Free Pets website or our Fear Free Resources.

Keep your pet healthy with our comprehensive wellness screenings, available annually or semi-annually. These visits include thorough physical exams, consultations, diagnostic tests, and vaccinations—even if your pet appears perfectly fine.
We use Elanco non-adjuvanted vaccines, which contain half the volume of standard vaccines to reduce the risk of side effects. To further protect your pet, we strongly recommend year-round preventative medication to combat the growing threat of diseases in Colorado, such as heartworms, ehrlichia, and even the plague.
Since pets can’t tell us when something is wrong, regular check-ups are essential for early detection and treatment of hidden illnesses. Prioritize their well-being—schedule an appointment today by contacting us via phone, text, or email.

We offer urgent and emergency care by appointment during our regular business hours for both new and existing patients. If your pet requires immediate attention, please call or email us to schedule an appointment. While we don’t take walk-in appointments, same-day appointments are available, but they are subject to staff availability, so we encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
For cases requiring extended care, we also provide daytime hospitalization. If your pet's condition requires more advanced or overnight care, we will refer you to a trusted 24-hour emergency hospital to ensure they receive the best possible treatment.

Maintaining your pet's dental health is paramount for their overall well-being. At our hospital, we offer a range of dental services, including cleanings, digital dental radiography, and comprehensive dental and oral surgical procedures with our experienced veterinarians. If your pet needs specialized or advanced dental care, we collaborate with local dental specialists to ensure they receive the best possible treatment.

Our surgical services encompass a wide range of procedures, including mass removal, spay/neuter, bladder surgery, spleen removals, biopsies, and intestinal surgeries, among others. Our newly equipped, state-of-the-art surgical suite boasts multi-parameter anesthetic monitoring, guaranteeing the utmost safety and well-being of your pet throughout the procedure.
Furthermore, our Fear Free approach differs from most hospitals. Your pet's drop off time will be streamlined to prevent them from sitting in a kennel for hours prior to their procedure and allows you to be present during the premedication and catheter placement if you desire. We have found this routine significantly reduces fear, anxiety, & stress and usually requires less premedication to facilitate anesthesia.
Following surgery, we implement a vigilant communication system to aid in the prevention and management of common post-operative complications, ensuring your pet's continued recovery and comfort. We pride ourselves in providing a support system specially designed to help your pet have a successful surgical recovery.
We also collaborate with local 24 hour hospitals in case your pet needs to be transferred for continued monitoring post-surgery.

Numerous health conditions necessitate routine check-ups, labwork, imaging, medication refills, or even simple discussions to safeguard your pet's well-being and also to ensure you are confident and happy with their care. Effective management of chronic diseases often hinges on the attentive support of a veterinary hospital that remains actively engaged and responsive to the fluctuations inherent in such conditions. Our practice offers continuous care tailored to chronic diseases, complemented by clear and responsive communication to ensure the best possible outcomes for your pet.
